Whether you book your bike online in advance or directly at our shop in Sault, you’ll always pay the same price — no hidden costs, no last-minute markups. Unlike many other rental services that charge more for in-person bookings, we treat every rider equally.

Flexible Cancellation with Insurance

We understand that plans can change — especially when you're traveling. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation if you choose our bike hire insurance:

• With Insurance: Cancel anytime and get a full refund, no questions asked.
• Without Insurance:
   • Cancel up to 10 days before your booking: 70% refund
   • Cancel within 10 days: no refund

But good news!
Even without insurance, you're welcome to reschedule your booking at any time, as long as the bike(s) you want are available on the new date.

Bike hire insurance costs only €5 for one bike, or €10 for two or more bikes (in the same booking).
It covers 50% of the bike or equipment value in case of accidental damage or crashes — and gives you peace of mind with full refund flexibility.

Please note:
This insurance does not cover theft, loss, or personal injuries. Riders are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period.

Opening Hours:

We are open every day from 08:30 AM to 18:30 PM, with no lunch break, so you can always stop by for your bike rental or service needs.
For your convenience, we also offer flexible opening hours based on your needs. If you need a different time, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
